Chia-Blueberry Jam

A refined-sugar-free high fruit volume jam that is bursting with lemony blueberry flavour. Using chia for binding power and extra protein and coconut sugar for a liiittlle extra sweetness this gooey pot of dark blue berries is perfect for a piece of toast, a plant-based pastry, or even to eat alongside oatmeal. You can also dress it up atop a Galette (buckwheat crepe) as featured on our menu ^_^

Ingredients: Blueberries, lemon, coconut sugar, chia seeds.

Quantity: 250ml

Storage: Store immediately in the fridge after receipt. Will keep for two weeks.
