Due to lockdown, we have had to switch from our regular glass to biodegradable corn-starch bottles. These are fully compostable and we have written an entire blog about them HERE. They are also 30ml less than our regular 375ml which equates to a R4 cost. We have however not lowered the cost of our cleanses due to increasing supply costs, and the fact that we are offering free delivery. We hope that you can understand.

Long Description:

This cleanse was born out of a deep desire to spread the healing benefits of juice cleansing in a more accessible way. We often have customers wanting to cleanse, but a bit concerned about eating absolutely nothing. Enter the Green Detox.


This low-sugar cleanse includes one nourishing lunchtime salad to create a little more substance for people who aren't used to periods of fasting, while still being light enough to maintain the detoxification process.


The combination of green-heavy liquid nutrition deeply detoxifies, alkalises and oxygenates a body in distress.


Because this program contains zero fruit, it will be slightly more challenging than the alternative Gut Restore beginner cleanse, but the lack of sugar has been replaced with healthy-fat rich avocado in both the salad and green warrior juice to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

What’s included in one day of this cleanse:

08:00 ONE (TURMERIC ELIXIR)

Turmeric with black pepper – to assist in the absorption of the anti-inflammatory curcumin - and lemon for alkalisation.

10:00 TWO (GAIAN GREEN)

Celery, Cucumber, Coriander, Lemon.

12:00 THREE (GREEN WARRIOR)

Avo, Spinach, Celery, Cucumber, Lemon & Ginger.

14:00 FOUR (MOONSHINE BOWL)

Avocado, falafel, turmeric hummus, kimchi (salted and fermented vegetables), spiral carrots and zucchini, rocket, kale, microgreens, raw almonds, olive oil drizzle and toasted mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, white sesame, linseeds) and a wedge of lemon to drizzle.

16:00 FIVE (BUCHU BUDS)

African Buchu Water, Buchu leaves, Activated Charcoal, Lemon, Ginger.

18:00 SIX (HAPPY HIPPY)

Kale, Spinach, Celery, Cucumber, Lemon and Ginger
