Welcome to the Nourish’d Supplementary Mamma Meal Plan, your new-baba boon of self-care and plant-based nourishment. This plan was born out of our founder Natasha’s own experience with postpartum care and nutrition and her desire to ease the path for other mothers.

What is the Nourish’d Mamma Meal Plan?

The plan is a combination of specially formulated drinks, wholefood main meals and supplementary bars to provide new moms with extra nutritive support in the first few months after their babies are born (or anytime the kids get too crazy and you just don’t have time to cook).

The plan is designed to supplement many of the nutrients, minerals and fluids that are often depleted after birth, balance hormonal fluctuations and provide an easy way for women to stay Nourish’d at this often exhausting time.

How does it work?

You will have a box of delicious nutritious and natural goodies delivered to your door every morning (or collected from one of our stores). We suggest you consume them in a specific order to nourish yourself through the different phases of the day. There are three different days in the meal-plan rotation and we make one breakfast, one lunch and one dinner each day. We’ve listed the days in numerical order, but there's a chance that you may start on day 2, and finish on day 1. Don’t worry, each day will be different so you’ll get to try all the delicious food and benefit from the abundance of nutrients in each dish.

Collection and Delivery:

  • All meal-plans will be ready to collect by 7.30am and must be collected before 8am. Please understand that we are extremely busy in the mornings and we really appreciate it when you collect before the mad rush hits.
  • Deliveries will be made between 7.30 and 8.30am.
  • Collection/delivery is made daily.
  • We really appreciate it if you return your bottles thoroughly cleaned post-programme. We operate a zero waste to landfill facility, which can become expensive, and receiving back our bottles makes a huge difference.

Day 1

#1 Natural Jungle Juice: Packed full of electrolytes, immune-boosting plant medicines and Blackthorn Berry extract for increased milk production.                   

#2 Warm Oaties: The most delicious GF oats in the world packed with healthy fats and healing spices.

#3 Lactation Bar: Full of superfoods and herbs to boost lactation and provide sustained energy throughout the morning.

#4 Glittershine Bowl: A nutrient-rich salad of immune-boosting exotic mushrooms, protein-rich quinoa and Omega-3 rich cashew nut dressing.

#5 Vegan Broth: A delicious vegan broth infused with collagen-rich seaweed and over 25 other ingredients to firm up loose skin and provide a bounty of micro-nutrients essential for post-partum recovery.

#6 Laksa Noodles + 375ml Laksa Broth: A hearty Malaysian dish of Buckwheat noodles, miso eggplant and veggies served with a spicy coconut-broth to warm you from the inside out.

#7 Night Time Tea: A soothing blend to aid in end-of-day relaxation and facilitate deep and restful sleep.

 

Day 2

#1 Natural Jungle Juice: Packed full of electrolytes, immune-boosting plant medicines and Blackthorn Berry extract for increased milk production.                  

#2 Chia Pudding: A protein-rich, and decidant, breakfast option to provide plenty of energy throughout the day. Chia seeds are also thought to help with lactation.

#3 Lactation Bar: Full of superfoods and herbs to boost lactation and provide sustained energy throughout the morning.

#4 Forrest Feast Bowl: A hearty salad of exotic mushroom 'meatballs', roasted butternut, quinoa, avo and creamy dressing to boost prebiotic levels and feed the micribiome.

#5 Vegan Broth: A delicious vegan broth infused with collagen-rich seaweed and over 25 other ingredients to firm up loose skin and provide a bounty of micro-nutrients essential for post-partum recovery.

#6 Mung Dhal: A luxurious and authentic curried dhal to ground your energy and provide plenty of healthy fats and protein essential for new moms.

#7 Night Time Tea: A soothing blend to aid in end-of-day relaxation and facilitate deep and restful sleep.

 

Day 3

#1 Natural Jungle Juice: Packed full of electrolytes, immune-boosting plant medicines and Blackthorn Berry extract for increased milk production.                   

#2 Overnight Oats: GF oats left to activate and pre-digest overnight in our homemade almond milk for maximum absorption and increased milk production power (go oats!).

#3 Lactation Bar: Full of superfoods and herbs to boost lactation and provide sustained energy throughout the morning.

#4 Moonshine Bowl: Marinaded chickpeas, avocado and a thick creamy dressing provide plenty of healthy fats and proteins essential for nourishing the new mom.

#5 Vegan Broth: A delicious vegan broth infused with collagen-rich seaweed and over 25 other ingredients to firm up loose skin and provide a bounty of micro-nutrients essential for post-partum recovery.

#6 Mediterranean Veggie Stew & Buckwheat: A hearty stew of roast vegetables, chickpeas and Mediterranean herbs to boost protein levels and soothe the stomach.

#7 Night Time Tea: A soothing blend to aid in end-of-day relaxation and facilitate deep and restful sleep.
