COVID-19:
N.B. Our standard Delivery Rules no longer apply due to COVID-19. All products are being delivered directly by our in-house team of drivers, and therefor we are only able to cover Cape Town City Centre through to Muizenberg. This includes the Atlantic Seaboard and Hout Bay.
Deliveries are free on orders over R350, R50 under R300 and R80 for llundudno and Hout Bay. You will also be given the option to collect from either one of our stores.
Standard Shipping Rules:
You will always be given the option to collect your goods from either Kloof Street or Observatory. In busier periods we may disable Kloof street as a pickup location due to high volumes of foot traffic and limited space, you will then be able to collect from Observatory.
Shipping of goods within the Cape Town area is charged at R85, this includes the Northern Suburbs. Shipping of goods outside of Cape Town is charged at R150. If you live in a rural area please contact us before placing your order to ensure that we are able to deliver to you.
If you are ordering a non-cleanse-product alongside a cleanse or nutritional programme this may create a shipping rule error and you will only be offered the option to collect. If this occurs please contact us via email: sam@nourishd.co.za.
