A well-balanced cleanse filled with a variety of prebiotics and probiotics providing an easy way to restore the gut.
This cleanse was born out of a deep desire to spread the healing benefits of juice cleansing in a more accessible way. We often have customers wanting to cleanse, but a bit concerned about eating absolutely nothing. Enter the Gut Restore beginner cleanse.
This well-rounded cleanse is very similar to our original and most popular MindBodySoul cleanse, but with an added salad to help first-time fasters on their juicing journey. While it is ideal to cleanse on juices alone the 80% raw salad included in this program is super alkalising and easy on the gut - and won't affect the detoxification process too much.
Feeding your body with this combination of liquid nutrition supplies the perfect balance of alkalising raw juices, elixirs and raw plant-based foods to maintain optimal digestive integrity, and the probiotic salad helps replenish the microbiome.
The diversity of fruits and vegetables in the gut-restore program have been used to provide a wide range of prebiotics to the gut, while also being flavourful and containing enough fructose to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

Curried kimchi (lacto-fermented vegetables), homemade turmeric hummus, spirals of baby marrow and carrots, wild rocket, massaged kale, raw almonds, toasted mixed seeds, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a wedge of lemon. Served with homemade green goddess dressing.
Collection: this option is available from either Kloof store or Observatory store. Your order will be ready for collection ON the day you select as your start date

South AfricaBeing new to cleanses and juicing, I liked how easy and informative this programme is. From order to delivery, all seamless and well communicated. I don't drink anything other than water and coffee on most days and found the volume and intensity of the juices very filling. I was a little confused by one or two of the juices not matching the description of what was meant to be provided, but one replacement was a yummy cacao milky drink which was divine! I would also recommend printing the info sheet so that you have any reference to the nutritional information as you go. Great job Team Nourish'd!

South AfricaI really enjoyed the cleanse and felt great through and after it. I didn't experience hunger having done just one day of juice cleanse. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is that 2 of the juices were not what they should have been according to the cleanse information sheet. The grapefruit ginger drink was replaced by another green drink and the broth was replaced by a cacao milky drink. I gather this is because there was no stock of these 2 items but I was a bit disappointed after having read all about their nutritional benefits and I feel the crew at the shop should have informed me when I collected about the switches.
