Long Description

A nutritional program is a collection of supplementary elixirs, broths, juices, shots, infusions and snacks that are specially formulated to support or assist in repairing certain bodily systems. These items are generally delivered in liquid form and are derived from whole food sources making them easy for the body to absorb. These items are not intended to replace normal eating; rather they function as additional nutritional boosters to help with specific issues.

What's Included

• IMMUNITY ELIXIR: Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Lemon & Raw Apple Cider Vinegar – The combination of these potent ingredients is hugely anti-inflammatory, alkalizing and restorative for the microbiome. The addition of black pepper activates and makes bioavailable the primary anti-inflammatory agent in Turmeric (curcumin), the ginger helps open the respiratory tract, the lemon is alkalizing and the apple cider vinegar provides welcome probiotics which restore the digestive tract – strengthening the immune system.
• JAMU: Jamu is traditional Indonesian medicine, predominantly made from natural ingredients   including roots, bark, flowers, seeds, leaves and fruits. This medicine is a powerful anti-inflammatory, a natural liver detoxifier and kidney cleanser. Turmeric, tamarind paste, freshly squeezed lemon, freshly squeezed ginger, coconut sugar, black pepper 

• GLOW & FLOW: Orange, apple, ginger, basil, chilli and cayenne pepper – A large percentage of freshly squeezed orange juice provides high quantities of bioavailable vitamin C while the ginger cleanses airways and the capsaicin In the chilli and cayenne assist in expelling mucus from the body.

• MULLEIN & ECHINACEA INFUSION: Mullein is a weed, which grows commonly all over the world and has been used as a natural treatment for Tuberculosis, asthma and respiratory tract conditions for millennia. If you currently experience any upper respiratory issues it’s likely that Mullein will initially increase coughing as it clears and cleanses. Collection and Delivery

Collection: this option is available from either Kloof store, Green Point store or Observatory store. Your order will be ready for collection ON the day you select as your start date

Kloof opens at 7:30am, Green Point opens at 8:00am, Observatory Store opens at 8:30am

Delivery: your order will be delivered the day BEFORE you’re set to start between 11am and 5pm. Please ensure that someone is available at your selected delivery address to receive your order
